*In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful* *The mechanism for purchasing copper scrap is as follows:* 1- Go to the intermediary lawyer and sign the agreement and transfer the amount to the authorized lawyer's account to coordinate the deal and guarantee the rights of the parties. 2- Both parties commit to setting a penalty for both parties. The seller pays the penalty amount to the lawyer in case of default from the deal, a material change in the deal, or a difference in quantities. 3- Deducted from the buyer's amount from the deal value in case the buyer defaults from taking the quantity stipulated in the contract or withdraws from the purchase without a convincing reason. 4- After payment, permits will be issued for the buyer's car within a maximum of 24 hours. 5- Loading, weighing, and verification of quantities and all agreed-upon measurements will take place at the intermediary lawyer's office. 6- A release form will be signed upon completion of taking the full quantity. ```Available quantity: 160 tons of copper Copper price: 35 thousand Saudi Riyals per ton Brokerage fee: 500 Saudi Riyals per ton, separate from the copper price```
