The cost of equipping the new location, renovation, decoration, and equipment is approximately 50,000 SAR. We are looking for a serious investor to finance the equipping cost. We have two partnership options: First Option: Financing the amount of 50,000 SAR in exchange for 50% of the net profits, with all details, percentages, rights, and obligations being clear and documented in a contract between the two parties. Second Option: Financing the amount of 50,000 SAR in exchange for 5,000 SAR per month for 18 months, with a total return of 90,000 SAR during the agreement period. The project is already established, has activity, customers, and operational experience of more than two years.
