The cost is 800 AED for Dubai plates, and an additional 500 AED for non-Dubai plates. This does not include fines or renewal delays. After that, you will receive the drop-off certificate and review it with customs. Give them the drop-off certificate and the dismantling paper, and they will remove it from the system.
