Supervising and following up on the equipping and installation of production lines and semi-automatic and fully automatic slaughtering (Full Automation). Equipping poultry waste rendering plants, slaughterhouse wastewater treatment units, and incinerators. 🔹 Management, Operation, and Productivity Improvement: Managing and operating chicken slaughtering and processing lines with high production capacities (6000+ birds/hour). Managing cold chain and blast freezers and refrigerated and frozen storage warehouses for poultry products according to FIFO standards. Implementing preventive maintenance plans and business continuity to reduce technical waste and loss by up to 15%. Leading and training operational teams, technical staff, and veterinarians. 🔹 Accreditations, Quality, and Food Safety: Certified HACCP Internal Auditor. Professional Project Management (PMP) for project management and execution follow-up. Food Safety Management System (FMS Operation) and implementation of ISO 22000 standards. Biosecurity and Facility Protection Certificate for Poultry Farms from Cobb Academy. Expert in Infection Control and Health Prevention, and application of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Meeting the requirements and licenses of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and municipalities with full compliance and no remarks. 🔹 Data and Availability: Legal Status: Valid and transferable Iqama immediately.
