First, I have owned the car for less than a year. I bought it from its owner with a damaged engine and did not inspect it. I replaced the engine with a 2012 RAV4 imported engine six months ago. The engine is in good condition, with no issues of overheating or oil consumption. I replaced the water radiator with a new one. I replaced the fuse box, fuel pump, throttle body, and performed an engine tune-up. I also replaced the brake pads. The car is drivable and runs. However, it has some issues: Second, the car's defects and problems: It has a rear collision that the previous owner repaired and fixed. The air conditioner is broken and needs a compressor. It needs a full set of engine mounts. It needs a clutch disc replacement because the 5th gear sometimes gets stuck, but it still drives. It needs interior modifications. It needs some suspension work. Third: The car is insured. It has not been inspected or renewed. There are fines totaling approximately 2600. If the buyer has a way to transfer it, I have no problem. Or, the buyer can renew and inspect, and the fines will be split 50/50 between me and the buyer, or as agreed upon, and then the transfer can be done.
