We are looking for a highly experienced and competent leader to manage workshop operations, supervise a team of professional technicians, and ensure the highest levels of service and quality for our clients, in line with our commitment to providing professional solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the workshop and direct technicians to ensure efficient and effective workflow. Provide comprehensive supervision of all maintenance services, including: Advanced mechanical maintenance. Electrical systems maintenance. Air conditioning systems maintenance. Bodywork and painting, including cold pulling. Professionally and accurately manage the pricing of maintenance and repair work. Direct and effective communication with insurance companies and management of claims related to vehicle accidents and repairs. Monitor the process of diagnosing faults using the latest equipment and fault detection software. Issue approved repair invoices and follow up on the workshop's financial affairs. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Supervise the use of the latest specialized equipment provided by the center, such as gearbox and brake fluid change machines, catalytic converter cleaning devices, and wheel alignment and balancing equipment. Required Qualifications and Conditions: University degree or diploma in car mechanics or a related engineering field. At least 5 years of practical experience in workshop management or as a service advisor. Strong and proven experience in bodywork and painting, with full knowledge of their pricing mechanisms. Previous experience in professional handling and effective communication with insurance companies. Previous experience working in an accredited car maintenance agency. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in using computers and workshop management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Applicant's age should not exceed 45 years.
