A qualified and dedicated female professional is needed to reside with and provide constant companionship to the mother at home. The role involves nursing care, daily caregiving, and physical therapy/rehabilitation following a stroke. The mother suffers from weakness on her left side.
Required Tasks:
* Daily monitoring of the mother's condition, nursing, and care.
* Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and medication as per doctor's instructions.
* Measuring and monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, and oxygen saturation as needed.
* Assisting with movement, sitting, and regular repositioning to prevent bedsores.
* Gently and progressively implementing a suitable physical therapy program.
* Maintaining joint flexibility, reducing stiffness, and gradually improving mobility.
* Observing any health changes and immediately reporting them to the family.
Requirements:
* Experience in nursing, physical therapy, and rehabilitation for stroke patients and the elderly.
* Willingness to reside and provide constant companionship at home.
* Good demeanor, patience, honesty, and cleanliness.
* A valid professional license and prior experience in home care are preferred.
Accommodation and living expenses are provided. Salary will be determined after the interview.
