After the concrete structure, a mortgage was taken out for the building, and it is currently mortgaged for one million. Approximately one hundred and seventy thousand has been paid, and the bank contract is available. The finishing was done with this mortgage, two-thirds of the finishing. There is a final payment of approximately 67,000 riyals remaining, which I have not received due to the incomplete project. I have invoices for payments to the contractor, electrician, plasterer, engineering office, building permit fees, and the insurance value for the building according to Saudi code.
