I possess strong practical experience in: • Managing and monitoring block and cement product production lines. • Supervising slabs, operating, and monitoring equipment. • Managing workers, organizing shifts, and assigning tasks. • Monitoring daily production and improving work efficiency. • Monitoring mixes, raw material ratios, and product quality. • Resolving production issues and reducing breakage and defects. • Reducing waste of cement, gravel, sand, and raw materials. • Monitoring breakdowns and coordinating with maintenance technicians. • Monitoring molds and equipment and ensuring their readiness. • Organizing storage and loading and delivery of products. • Experience in procurement and spare parts for trucks and heavy equipment. • Dealing and negotiating with suppliers and obtaining the best prices. I have previously worked in several block and concrete factories, and I have comprehensive knowledge of the production process from mixing to product output until delivery to the customer.
