The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in IT technical support, computer and laptop troubleshooting, printer installation and maintenance, and network troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: 🖥 Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and operating system issues. 🖨 Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and printing issues. 🌐 Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network equipment. 🔧 Perform routine and preventive maintenance of IT equipment. 👨‍💻 Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues. Install and configure Windows, applications, drivers, and required updates. 📡 Troubleshoot network-connected printers, shared folders, and basic network services.
