Administrative and field experience exceeding 10 years inside and outside the Kingdom in the poultry and food manufacturing sector, specializing in: 🔹 Studies, Planning, Construction, and Equipping: Preparing technical and operational studies for poultry slaughterhouse projects from scratch (Greenfield Projects). Operational planning, defining workflows, and production flow within slaughterhouse halls. Direct supervision of the installation and equipping of automated (Full Automation) and semi-automated slaughter and production lines. Equipping and following up on the installation of Rendering Plants, water treatment stations, and incinerators. 🔹 Operation, Production, and Supply Chains: Managing and operating slaughter and processing lines with high production capacities (6000+ birds/hour). Controlling and monitoring cooling and blast freezing chains and refrigerated and frozen storage warehouses according to FIFO standards. Implementing preventive maintenance programs to reduce operational loss and waste by up to 15% and ensure production continuity. Leading and training operational teams, labor, and technical and veterinary staff. 🔹 Certifications, Quality, and Food Safety: Certified HACCP Internal Auditor. Professional Project Management (PMP) for project planning, control, and monitoring tools. Food Safety Management System (FMS Operation) and application of ISO 22000 standards. Biosecurity and Facility Protection Certificate from Cobb Academy. Expert in Infection Control and Health Prevention, and application of Occupational Safety (OSHA) standards. Meeting the requirements and licenses of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and Municipalities with full compliance and no remarks. 🔹 Data and Readiness: Legal Status: Valid and immediately transferable residency.
