A finishing contractor or master is required to complete the finishing of a house. I have a one-story house, and the finishing has reached advanced stages, with most of the basic work completed. Remaining work: • Completing the final paints • Installing sanitary ware for 5 bathrooms and the kitchen • Final electrical and lighting works • Completing the garage door • Sidewalk and external works • Final touches, cleaning, and handover 🔹 Important condition: Agreement to carry out the work, and payment will be made after the house is rented, according to a clear agreement between the two parties. Whoever is willing and capable of completing the work with good quality, and accepts the payment mechanism mentioned, should contact me for details, inspection, and agreement.
