AIP is pleased to present the areas in which your factory can be supported: - Safety and Fire Protection: Assessment of the readiness of safety systems, alarms, and firefighting equipment, periodic maintenance plans, monitoring the readiness of systems and emergency exits, and preparing technical requirements related to licenses and renewals. - Surveillance and Security Camera Systems: Design, installation, and maintenance of CCTV systems according to the requirements applicable to the facility, covering the required locations, monitoring entrances, exits, warehouses, and loading and service areas, and managing system readiness and recording. - Environmental Compliance and Permits: Supporting the factory in assessing environmental aspects and preparing the data and technical requirements necessary for environmental permits and compliance, and following up on observations and remediation plans in cooperation with qualified entities when needed. - Product Conformity and Quality: Assisting in preparing technical files for products, drawings, specifications, test reports, and conformity requirements, and supporting procedures for products subject to technical regulations and the SABER platform in cooperation with accredited conformity assessment bodies as needed. - Measurement and Calibration: Inventory of measuring devices, preparation of a calibration register, monitoring due dates, coordinating calibration and inspection with accredited laboratories and bodies, and maintaining certificates and records necessary for auditing and quality. - Quality and Management Systems: Gap assessment and preparation of procedures, policies, records, and performance indicators to support the implementation of quality, safety, environment, and energy management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 in cooperation with relevant authorities when needed. - Maintenance and Asset Readiness: Preparation of preventive maintenance plans, management of maintenance orders, inventory of assets and equipment, monitoring breakdowns and downtimes, predictive maintenance, and tracking equipment performance indicators with the aim of increasing reliability and reducing unplanned downtime. - Energy Management and Cost Reduction: Measuring and analyzing electricity and energy consumption, identifying sources of waste, monitoring high-consumption loads and equipment, and developing initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational expenses. - Systems and Digitization: ERP, Inventory and Procurement Management, CMMS, QMS, WMS, IoT, Dashboards and Reports, System Integration and Linking, and Process Automation. - Production and Industrial Automation: Development and improvement of production lines, industrial control and monitoring systems, SCADA/HMI, robotics, production line data collection, quality monitoring, and analysis of productivity and downtimes. - Industrial Cybersecurity and Business Continuity: Assessment and protection of the technical infrastructure and systems related to operations, management of permissions, backup and recovery, and system continuity, according to the factory's scope and needs. - Training and Enhancing Team Readiness: Training employees on implemented systems and solutions, operation and maintenance procedures, and enhancing factory teams' ability to use and follow up. - Preparation of Feasibility Studies, Transformation Plans, SIRI Assessment, and Development Studies: Required for funding applications from the Ministry of Industry or the Industrial Development Fund. - Preparation of Studies, Documents, and Requirements for Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and Ministry Funding Applications: By submitting the application, following up, and addressing observations, subject to the final funding decision.
