For sale: Modern sofa, cream white color (lightest shades of cream), modern cotton fabric, dark brown legs. The sofa has been used by one person only. Its cleanliness is literally like new, with no signs of use, scratches, dirt, stains, or dust whatsoever. The living room is always closed and only opened for vacuuming and cleaning.
The sofa is 4.5 meters long and 3.3 meters wide, not including the wooden sides, approximately 4.5x3.5 meters. It comes with an ottoman for sitting or extending the legs like a Lazy Chair. It also comes with a single chair attached to the ends in an inverted 'C' shape, made of dark brown wood (never used).
Accessories purchased (shown in photos):
1- Modern side table, black wood, purchased for 1,499 SAR, European made.
2- Wall-to-wall curtain, American Vevay fabric, first-grade Turkish material, lightest shades of beige with first-class Turkish linen. It has a subtle pattern visible in the photos. The curtain and linen are theatrical style (right part and left part).
The cost of tailoring with invoices was 2,600 SAR. Curtain height is 2.75 meters and length is approximately 4.20 meters according to invoices.
3- Trash can (excuse us), off-white color, motion sensor, purchased for 249 SAR.
I repeat, the sofa has no defects. Its invoice was 17,499 SAR, purchased a year ago, with a seven-year warranty.
The sale is for the entire living room set, but accessories like the table and trash can can be excluded.
For your information, the last four photos are from when the sofa was purchased and brought into the living room, showing it as new and imported, not custom-made.
