We are seeking someone with practical experience in the real estate market who knows how to deal with clients, follow up on offers and requests, and contribute to closing sales and rental deals. Requirements: • Real estate experience is a fundamental requirement. • Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in real estate offices. • It is preferred that they have good knowledge of the neighborhoods and plans of Al Khobar. • Skill in sales, negotiation, persuasion, and dealing with clients. • Seriousness, commitment, and a desire to close deals. Nature of Work: • Receiving and following up with clients. • Managing real estate offers and requests. • Marketing properties for sale and rent. • Searching for suitable real estate opportunities and offers. • Coordinating between the owner and the buyer or tenant. • Accompanying clients to view properties. • Following up on the deal until completion. ⏰ Full-time employment – 10 hours daily 4 hours in the morning + 6 hours in the evening. 💰 Income: Fixed salary of 2,000 SAR per month ➕ Rewarding commission for every sale or rental deal completed.
