Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. - 3 to 5 years of practical experience. - Applicant must be a resident of Riyadh. - Valid membership and professional accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, and preferably familiarity with Revit. - Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code. - Experience in construction permit procedures and the "Balady" platform. - Knowledge of municipal and regulatory requirements and preparation of plans required for licensing.
