I have experience in implementing and following up on integrated accounting operations, and my experience includes: • Accounts Receivable: Recording and following up on sales invoices, customer balances, collections, reconciliations, settlements, and preparing and following up on the aging of debts. • Accounts Payable: Recording purchase invoices, supplier balances, payments, reconciliations, settlements, and follow-up on due dates. • Treasury and Banks: Recording receipts and payments, monitoring cash flow, bank transfers, bank reconciliations, and reconciling bank and treasury balances with accounts. • Sales and Purchases: Recording and reviewing sales and purchase transactions, following up on documents and invoices, and reviewing associated accounts. • Inventory: Monitoring inventory movement, purchases, issues, transfers, physical counts, discrepancy resolution, and monitoring inventory cost and cost of sales. • Value Added Tax (VAT): Reviewing sales and purchase invoices, calculating VAT, reconciling output and input tax, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and following up on payment or refund according to the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Closings and Settlements: Performing accounting settlements, reviewing accounts, preparing closing entries, and assisting in monthly account closings. • Financial Reports: Preparing and reviewing accounting reports, analyzing financial data, and monitoring account balances. • Expenses and Advances: Recording and following up on expenses, advances, and loans, settling them, and reviewing supporting documents. • Fixed Assets: Recording and following up on fixed assets, calculating depreciation, and making related accounting entries. I also have good experience in using Microsoft Excel in preparing reports, analyses, and reconciliations, in addition to working with accounting and ERP systems and software such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Dofater.
