Hello, I am looking for a roaster/roastery in Jeddah to roast a quantity of my Yemeni green coffee beans for the purpose of experimentation and evaluating the crop. I have about 4 kg of green coffee, and the requirement is not to roast the entire quantity at once, but to divide it into several small batches and try more than one Roast Profile and roast level for comparison and tasting. For example: • Approximately 300–500 grams per Batch • Light roast • Medium roast • More than one roast profile according to the roaster's experience The goal is to reach the best profile suitable for the crop before approving a larger quantity in the future.
