A skilled financial accountant is needed for a full-time position at a company operating in the restaurants and cafes sector in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Responsibilities: * Monitoring daily branch accounts and reconciling cash, card payments, and delivery app transactions. * Reviewing end-of-day reconciliations to ensure accuracy of sales, expenses, and petty cash. * Following up on invoices, purchases, and suppliers, and scheduling payments. * Preparing monthly profit and loss reports for each branch. * Monitoring operational costs and analyzing product costs and waste. * Controlling daily expenses and reducing unnecessary spending. * Tracking inventory and linking it to purchases and sales. * Reviewing taxes and invoices and ensuring the integrity of documents. * Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management on sales, expenses, profits, observations, and variances. * Organizing financial files, contracts, and accounting documents. * Working on improving the financial system and increasing report accuracy. Requirements: * Practical experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurants and cafes sector. * Proficiency in preparing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cost analysis. * Good knowledge of taxes, invoices, and daily reconciliations. * Proficiency in using Excel and accounting software. * Accuracy, honesty, and the ability for daily follow-up. * Preference for candidates with a car or easy transportation within Makkah.
