A complete copy written in the style of illuminated Qurans, with Quranic verses, estimated to be from the 11th Hijri century / 17th AD century. The first two pages are decorated with wonderful geometric shapes interspersed with multi-colored floral and botanical drawings on a gilded background. On the first page, the calligrapher wrote Surat Al-Fatiha in black ink, with wide, wavy lines drawn in gold leaf between the lines. At the top, the calligrapher wrote the phrase ((Surat Al-Fatiha is Meccan, and it is said)) in gold leaf, in the center of a rectangle whose inner edges are decorated with flowers on a blue background. At the bottom, the phrase ((Medinan, and it has seven verses)) is written inside a rectangle decorated and ornamented like the top edge. The Surah is surrounded by a border with some decorations, and branching from the border are wide, wavy, and intertwined domes decorated with flowers and plants in multiple colors on a gilded background and others in blue ink. The decorator used the same decorative style on the facing page, and in the middle and end of the Quran. The Quranic verses are written in black ink within golden borders and orange and blue frames throughout the entire Quran, and the verse dividers are golden circles. The names of the Surahs, their places of revelation, and their number of verses are written in white ink within gilded rectangles surrounded by an orange frame. The margins of some pages are adorned with golden medallions surrounded by colorful decorations in blue ink.
