Ad Type: Looking for employee Contract Type: Full-time Cost Accountant Required – Actual Experience A company operating in the food sector is looking for an accountant with actual experience who can start work without basic training. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Managing and following up on daily cash liquidity and cash flows. * Preparing the daily liquidity report and knowing the actual cash, banks, and available funds. * Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Scheduling commitments and payments according to priority and due date. * Following up on daily collections from representatives and customers and reconciling them with sales and deposits. * Following up on accounts receivable and payable, aging of debts, and overdue collections. * Issuing, reviewing, and following up on invoices. * Reconciling sales, collections, bank, and cash. * Daily entries, monthly closing, and bank reconciliations. * Following up on purchases, expenses, advances, and loans. * Cost accounting and calculating the cost of production and products. * Following up on inventory and stocktaking and reconciling them with the system and accounts. * Analyzing expenses, costs, and profitability and preparing reports. * Following up on Zakat, tax returns, Value Added Tax (VAT), and electronic invoicing. * Familiarity with government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, Mofeed, Absher Business, GOSI, Balady, ZATCA. * Following up on licenses, residencies, permits, and government violations. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Requirements: * Accounting qualification. * Actual experience in accounting, costing, liquidity management, and collections. * Able to work directly without basic training or continuous supervision. * High accuracy and ability to withstand work pressure. * Sponsorship transfer is required after passing the probation period.
