Peace be upon you. I have original full option rims, size 17, with used tires. Of course, the rims have some scratches and need repainting, but they are sound from everything else. As for the tires, they have been used for a year, and one of them has a nail in it. They have half their life left and, to be honest, they have been used a lot.
