Peace be upon you I am a general accountant, graduated in 2022 From English Commerce, Helwan University, Accounting Department I have two years of experience in Saudi Arabia I worked in two companies The first A commercial company selling men's shaving tools With a warehouse, showroom, and sales representatives My tasks included all daily entries such as payment and receipt vouchers And daily clearing and settlement of advances And the work was on the program (onyx pro erp system) The second It was a logistics (operational) company And my accounting tasks were to record all daily financial transactions in the form of accounting entries And perform bank reconciliation and match it with the bank account in the system And deliver salaries after creating sheets on Excel With targets, number of orders, discounts, and so on And then deliver salaries in cash or by bank transfer And submit extensions And prepare simplified monthly reports on cash flows and expenses In the form of a simplified income statement And reports on advances and their settlement with their invoices And submit the tax return And tasks also included some administrative and logistical tasks such as communicating with companies like Kita, Hunger, and Jahez via email And monitoring the performance of representatives during working hours And authorizing cars through Tam, and insuring workers and cars And creating an employment contract from Qawi and authorizing contracts from the Chamber of Commerce
