Extensive experience exceeding 19 years both inside and outside Saudi Arabia. 1/ Participating in the selection, training, and needs assessment of warehouse keepers and employees. 2/. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of warehouse keepers and improving their skills. 3/. Following up on requests, maintaining constant communication with departments, and responding to their complaints. 4/. Monitoring dead stock and developing plans to dispose of it. 5/. Submitting detailed periodic reports on achievements, problems in warehouses, and failures to senior management.
