An abandoned or unused farm is wanted for rent. It should be 15,000 square meters or more, with a well, a submersible pump, and preferably a water tank and a few rooms. I want a long-term contract because I will plant trees and seedlings in it and revive it. I don't want to lose money on it, and if it becomes productive and I'm asked to leave, I don't want that. Preferably, the rent should be low. And if it's a barren land that I can revive, that's even better. And if there's a farm for sale on installments, that would be even more blessed. I am an amateur farmer and beekeeper, and I want something that will benefit me in the long term.
