Key Experiences: & Preparing architectural and executive plans and Shop Drawings. Designing facades, interiors, and space distribution. Preparing plans according to the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Following up on and approving plans and municipal licensing procedures. Dealing with platforms: MODON, Balady, Riyadh Municipality, and Eetemad. Quantities surveying, specifications, and architectural works. Field supervision and follow-up of work execution on site. Coordination with engineers, contractors, and various disciplines. Dealing with clients and preparing designs and architectural solutions.
