I barely use the device. It comes with a controller, controller charger, its box, and a 120fps gaming monitor. There is an account with GTA and the old Resident Evil 4. I accept trades for a PC. The controller has a slight drift if you enter Fortnite, but if you play another game or enter my second Fortnite account, it's fine.
