Civil Engineer – Steel Structures with practical experience exceeding 5 years in design, shop drawings, quantity surveying, fabrication, erection, and management/execution of steel structure projects. Experience and Specializations: * Steel Structures – PEB – Pre-Engineered Buildings * Design and analysis of steel structures using SAP2000 – ETABS – CSI SAFE * AutoCAD – ASD – Tekla Structures – Revit * Preparation and review of Shop Drawings – Structural Detailing – Fabrication Drawings * Steel Detailing and extraction of BOM / Material List / Bent Bar Schedule * Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation – Quantity Takeoff * Cutting Optimization and improving the utilization of iron materials, sections, and plates. * Supervision of Steel Fabrication & Erection and manufacturing/installation of steel structures. * Follow-up on Welding – Cutting – Assembly – Painting – NDT works * Follow-up and quality inspection of works QA/QC and ensuring execution compliance with specifications and drawings. * Follow-up on Sandwich Panels – Cladding – Waterproofing works and related project finishes. * Review of drawings, technical details, materials, connections, and installations. * Site management and solving technical issues, coordinating between design, fabrication, erection teams, and contractors. * Preparation and review of reports, invoices, progress payments, pricing, and technical documents. * Document Control and project document tracking, coordination with the owner and contractors. * Experience in steel buildings and structures, factories, warehouses, construction works, and site.
