This is essential information that significantly changes the ad's wording for several reasons: - ### 1. Impact on Price and Buyer * **Honesty Prevents Problems:** Mentioning that the generator needs a battery and regular maintenance (oils and filters) increases your **credibility** and prevents any misunderstandings or attempts to devalue the price during inspection. * **Maintenance Cost:** The battery along with oil and filter changes typically costs the buyer between **600 to 1000 SAR**. * **Price Suitability:** At **13,500 SAR**, the offered discount is very attractive and suitable, even after adding the cost of maintenance and the battery, which the buyer will cover. - ### 2. How to Mention It Smartly in the Ad? Instead of presenting them as "flaws," refer to them as **"consumable periodic maintenance."** Stipulate that the sale is "as is." - ### 💡 Final Revised Ad Text: > **For Sale: FG JOHNSON Soundproof Diesel Generator (2020) - Dammam** > **Price:** 13,500 SAR (Final reduced price for serious buyers) > **Location:** Dammam > Soundproof diesel generator in excellent, stored condition, ready for use after periodic maintenance (suitable for food trucks, camps, farms, and projects). > 📋 **Technical Specifications:** > * **Brand:** FG JOHNSON > > > * **Power Output:** 16KW / 20KVA > > > * **Engine:** 3 Cylinder - Water Cooled (Radiator) > > > * **Year of Manufacture:** 08 / 2020 > > > * **Origin:** Canadian - Chinese > > > * **Frequency:** 60Hz / 50Hz > > > * **Electrical Features:** 100% Copper Alternator + AVR Voltage Regulator + Protection System > > > * **Design:** Soundproof and weather-resistant canopy (Silent Canopy) > > > * **Control System:** Electronic panel with digital display + Start switch and safety breaker > > > * **Operating Hours:** [Enter Hours] hours > > > **Note and Transparency:** > The generator only needs **(a new battery + periodic maintenance oil and filter change)**.
