Qualifications and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / or equivalent). * At least 5 years of experience in cost study and government projects. * Proficiency in using the Etimad platform. * Knowledge of government systems and regulations related to projects. * Ability to upload technical and financial projects. Tasks and Responsibilities * Uploading projects on the Etimad platform. * Studying and analyzing technical and financial offers. * Preparing detailed cost studies for projects. * Evaluating offers and selecting the most suitable ones according to approved standards and policies. * Following up on project stages and coordinating with relevant authorities. * Preparing technical and financial reports and recommendations. * Creating execution and follow-up schedules.
