The manager will be responsible for managing and operating the company's activities, attracting properties (residential and commercial) for operation, leasing, and sale, developing business, and maximizing investment returns. ### Tasks and Responsibilities * Managing and operating all company activities, including real estate development and investment, property and facility management, marketing, leasing, sales, contracting, and maintenance. * Attracting properties, buildings, residential apartments, and commercial units from owners and investors, and negotiating with them to conclude management, operation, leasing, marketing, and sales contracts. * Building a growing real estate portfolio of properties and units available for operation, investment, leasing, and sale, and working to increase the number of properties managed by the company. * Attracting income-generating properties and properties that can be developed, rehabilitated, and operated, and preparing appropriate plans to maximize their investment returns. * Marketing, leasing, and selling real estate units, attracting tenants and buyers, and increasing occupancy and collection rates. * Preparing and implementing operational plans, budgets, and performance indicators, and monitoring the achievement of targets. * Managing real estate projects and following up with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, costs, and timelines. * Developing operational systems and procedures, managing work teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. * Managing relationships with owners, investors, and tenants, and following up on contracts and financial and operational obligations. * Developing real estate partnerships and attracting new investment opportunities that contribute to the company's growth and revenue increase. * Monitoring compliance with real estate regulations, licenses, and requirements in the Kingdom. ### Qualifications and Requirements * At least 5 years of practical experience in managing and operating real estate companies or managing real estate properties and projects. * Proven experience in attracting properties, residential and commercial units, and concluding management, operation, leasing, and sales contracts. * Possess a strong network of relationships with owners, investors, and real estate developers. * Experience in managing teams, operational processes, budgets, and achieving targets. * Good knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, and regulations for leasing, marketing, and property management. * Proficiency in using accounting and administrative systems and operational reports, preferably familiarity with the Odoo system. * High skills in leadership, planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making. ### How to Apply Please send your CV, along with a brief operational plan outlining the applicant's vision for managing the company and developing its business within the first 90 days.
