Store Supervisor & E-commerce Management Required – Riyadh We are looking for a distinguished and leadership-oriented supervisor with practical experience in managing and operating fashion stores, capable of leading the project and developing sales and marketing. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Managing and operating the store and supervising the work team. • Developing plans to increase sales and monitoring the achievement of goals. • Strong experience in marketing and promoting products and offers. • Innovating marketing ideas and campaigns to attract customers and increase sales. • Managing and monitoring the website, orders, products, and offers. • Monitoring inventory, customer service, and customer experience. • Coordinating between the online store, the branch, and marketing. • Analyzing sales, preparing reports, and suggesting development opportunities. • Taking responsibility for the project, following up on daily details, and ensuring quality of execution. Requirements: • Previous experience in managing or supervising an abaya or women's fashion store. • E-commerce store experience is a must, preferably on the Salla platform. • Excellent experience and skill in marketing and sales. • Leadership personality, initiative, organized, and capable of problem-solving and decision-making. • Proficiency in computers, Excel, and report monitoring. • Owning a private car is a must. • Seriousness, commitment, and ability to bear responsibility. 📍 Work Location: Riyadh We are looking for a practical and ambitious person capable of leading and developing the project and increasing sales, not just supervising the store.
