Peace be upon you. I have a 21-year-old patient with an intellectual disability, mental retardation, and hyperactivity (not physically disabled). I need a worker to help with his personal hygiene, including bathing and changing diapers (may God honor you), as he knows nothing at all, and to give him medication and food.
