The technician says the steering wheel clock spring needs to be changed.

Honestly, I forgot what was done to it, and this is what I remember.
I did an inspection for peace of mind.
From its first owner:
Left front fender painted and body worked.
Right front fender, paint faded only.
And what I remember happened to me on the right side underneath, between the wheel and the door:
Effect of rubbing against a concrete barrier.
