Prerequisite: The owner of the registration agrees to my entry as an official partner in the establishment's registration, as permitted by regulations. The partnership will continue until the full financing amount is disbursed. After the financing is disbursed, the remaining agreed-upon procedures between the parties will be executed. Proof of solvency and seriousness: The certified check is available and ready to prove seriousness. It will remain in my possession and will not be handed over to the seller initially. Contract: A formal contract, notarized by a lawyer, will be drawn up, including all terms and obligations, with a penalty clause to protect the rights of both parties. Disbursement and delivery: The check will not be handed over to the seller or cashed until the full financing amount is disbursed into the account.
