And I wish if I could find a down payment and the rest monthly. Meaning rent that ends with ownership if available. And preferably a penthouse with a roof. Or a first floor with a small yard. And the priority is also if it has a fitted kitchen or air conditioners. And the first 3 months will be paid monthly, and after that, we will pay in installments if it's rent.
