I am looking for someone, regardless of their academic level, who has an artistic sense and precision in their work. Since I haven't started the project yet, I prefer to train the person, meaning a woman, and ensure her love for this work and her mastery of it. Therefore, I prefer to test her after giving her the tools and a drawing to observe her precision and patience with the work. I wish everyone success.
