Leasing and Property Management Officer wanted to work in Taif City. Responsibilities: * Marketing and leasing properties and searching for new tenants. * Communicating with companies and entities to attract leasing opportunities. * Following up with current tenants, contracts, and renewals. * Following up on rent collection and late payments. * Following up on the Ejar platform and handover/takeover procedures. * Following up on property needs, maintenance, and coordinating with tenants.
