Looking for a serious investor who wants to succeed and is young like me. The project idea is a coffee shop and other services but with a very different character than what's in the market. I want someone serious. The budget is from 400 to 600 thousand. I will be the operational partner for the place, and I am 80% confident in the project's success, God willing.
