(Still new in their packaging, never used)))) Water exercise weights for aerobics and fitness in the pool are a pair of floating foam weights, designed for use in water. They resemble regular dumbbells, but instead of iron or metal, they have large sections of lightweight foam that make them float. Function: * Exercises for arms, shoulders, and chest in the pool. * Increase water resistance during movement. * Suitable for water fitness and water aerobics exercises. * The water itself provides resistance; the faster you move the weight, the more resistance you feel. * Can be used for front, side, push, and pull exercises in the water. Components and Manufacturing: * The large parts are often made of closed-cell foam, a lightweight material that does not absorb water easily and helps with buoyancy. * There is a connecting part in the middle that holds the two ends of the weight together. * The design is covered with a soft outer layer resistant to repeated use in water. * The packaging shown in the pictures is a strap for carrying the product during storage and transport.
