A high-end ladies' beauty salon located in the north of Riyadh city (Al Narjis district) announces its need to recruit a "Salon Supervisor" to join the team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a distinguished leader with passion and experience to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and to provide the highest standards of quality and service to our clients. Responsibilities: Comprehensive supervision of the daily workflow in the salon and management of operational processes. Guiding and monitoring the performance of the team (beauty experts, receptionists, and staff) to ensure exceptional service delivery. Ensuring the application of the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism within the salon. Handling customer inquiries and feedback with high professionalism to ensure their complete satisfaction. Monitoring inventory and operational needs, and coordinating staff schedules. Required Conditions and Qualifications: Applicant must be a Saudi national. Full-time availability. Previous and proven experience in supervision or management, specifically in managing ladies' salons. Strong preference for those with a technical background and experience in the ladies' beauty field to understand the details of the services provided. Leadership skills, ability to organize the work team, and flexible problem-solving skills.
