The headset has been with me for approximately 3 weeks with light use. Luxurious, high quality, and the sound is clear. It doesn't have any issues. But it didn't suit my usage. It's still under warranty. I bought it from Amazon Saudi Arabia. Ad-Dawadmi. Shipping is on the buyer (Redbox).
