The device is والله clean and has no issues, personal use. The controller is original, I took it to a shop and they fixed it because it had drift and they fixed it. Besides that, the device comes with all its accessories: power cable, controller charging cable, and if you want an HDMI cable, I'll give you a new shielded cable.
