Responsibilities: - Monitoring the fleet of passenger transport cars and drivers. - Coordinating and following up on customer transport trips to and from airports. - Communicating with drivers, assigning trips to them, and monitoring their execution. - Monitoring the readiness of cars and drivers and dealing with any operational issues. - Tracking trips and ensuring drivers arrive on time. - Coordinating with the team and customers when needed. - Preparing and following up on daily operational reports. Requirements: - The position is for Saudis only. - Residency in Jeddah. - Ability to use mobile phones, computers, and communication programs well. - Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. - Punctuality and ability to handle work pressure. - Proficiency in English is an added advantage. - Experience in transportation, logistics, or driver operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
