I need a solution, folks. The screen has a problem, it freezes. When I try to adjust the volume up or down, or press anything, it takes about a minute, then it responds and moves. After that, it turns off and on again. They told me it was the screen, so I replaced the screen, but the same problem persists. I don't know if anyone has any expertise to help us.
