I am interested in offering a suitable and profitable trade-in deal for both parties. I have a new building in Najran consisting of two apartments. Its cost was approximately 600,000 SAR, and it was previously appraised at 700,000 SAR. I am willing to include it in the deal for only 450,000 SAR.
