Literally, it's like new from the agency. I haven't modified anything except painting it white and changing the tires. The tire change is minor and doesn't make a difference, but for honesty's sake. The scooter is completely sound, with a minor scratch on the back that doesn't affect the scooter by even one percent. The price is 3700, and I won't disappoint the serious buyer.
