Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Other Qualification: Diploma : **Job Title: Professional Furniture and Finishing Painter** **Location: Workshop in Abha Industrial City** **Job Objective:** To execute high-quality painting and finishing of furniture, doors, and woodwork, with proficiency in surface preparation, color matching, and producing a refined product. **Required Skills and Experience:** - Minimum **5 years** of practical experience in furniture and woodwork painting, with the submission of photos of previous work. - Proficiency in preparing wood and MDF, including treatment, putty, sanding, sealing, and priming. - Skill in spray painting and adjusting the spray gun for uniform, defect-free coverage. - Mastery of polyurethane, polyester, lacquer, stains, and varnishes, as well as matte, satin, and high-gloss finishes. - Ability to mix and match colors with approved samples, ensuring color consistency across all pieces in an order. - Knowledge of mixing ratios, thinning, and drying times according to manufacturer instructions. - Ability to correct finishing defects, such as runs, bubbles, orange peel, sanding marks, and color variations. - Precision, cleanliness, proper maintenance of equipment and materials, and good cooperation with the carpentry team. - Inspecting pieces before painting to ensure they are ready and free from defects that could affect the finish. - Preparing a color and finish sample for approval before starting the order. - Executing all painting stages, from surface preparation to the final coat and polishing if needed. - Inspecting the quality of pieces and rectifying any issues before packaging. - Estimating material needs, minimizing waste, and adhering to production deadlines. - Cleaning and performing regular maintenance on spray equipment, adhering to ventilation and safety equipment protocols, and safe storage of materials. **Essential Condition for Acceptance:** Passing a practical test that includes preparing a piece of wood or MDF, matching a specific color, and executing a final finish.
