Carrot Fatteh with a new and distinctive flavor that everyone who tastes it asks about its recipe 😍 To introduce you to the dish, it's a Syrian dish specifically from Homs. They make stuffed carrots, and what's left from the next day, they make Fatteh with it. But we learned to make Fatteh quickly without stuffing or anything, so we started making it, and people went crazy for it. Honestly, its taste is amazing, and for me, it's among the best Fatteh dishes 🤭😋. That's why I wanted people to taste it and try it. I might add meat to it in the future upon request, but for now, I'll keep it light as an appetizer. It comes with broth if you'd like to add more 😋 The plate size is approximately the size of a palm, about 6 cm high, and it costs 10 riyals 😉 We receive reservations for Carrot Fatteh orders all days of the week except Friday (Friday is for delivering orders).
