They make stuffed carrots, and what's left from the next day they make Fatteh with it. But we learned to make Fatteh quickly without stuffing or anything, so we started making it and people loved it. Honestly, it's very delicious, and for me, it's among the best Fattehs 🤭😋. That's why I wanted people to taste it and try it. Maybe in the future I'll add meat to it upon request, but for now, I'll keep it light as an appetizer.
